Was there at around 6:30pm today. The staff at the counter was rude and her customer service was unsatisfactory. My husband asked her where the bathroom was because my child had an accident, she was gave him a blank stare and was not willing to answer. I went to ask her a question about balloons and if they need to be pre-ordered as they have a sign at the register that says "pre-order your balloons here" and she gave me a look that made me feel stupid for asking the question. Good selection, nice staff but the balloon I bought is super deflated after less than an hour. Very disappointed.
We love buying a lot of our props at Party Stuff. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. Great selection.
