After being such a loyal customer to this local shop and supporting them since they opened spending hundreds of dollars for the parties I've thrown they have lost my business. I made a mistake not realizing I had gotten jumbo balloons instead of the small ones to finish the word "Krewe". I simply kindly asked to swap out the letter "K" and "E" for numbers "4" and "0" so I could use them for my friend's party instead. Of course the packaging was intact as I never opened them.
