I had a very disappointing experience with Party Stop NOLA. Before my friend's birthday, I had multiple conversations with their staff to make sure the balloons would be delivered as a single arrangement. Despite those discussions, they delivered the balloons separately instead of as requested. To make matters worse, they didn't even include everything I had ordered. I'm a regular at Party City shopper for all my events since it opened.Unfortunately; today July 14 the day before my Birthday after a long day after work between 4:50pm-5:32pm. The lady staff member was working on a customer order which was two black number balloons (33) and some small black balloons. But I just had only 3 small items in my hand which she seen.
