Staff is amazing and very helpful
They would not refund a costume which had CLEARLY not been used and packet not opened. I was made to feel dishonest. I wasn’t told about non-refund of costumes when purchased and the sales assistant sheepishly pointed to an A4 piece of paper saying “well there are BIG signs everywhere!”… however at time of purchase I wasn’t looking for a sign!
