Disappointing experience from the Party Store where I have purchased many balloons from before. I rang the day before to confirm my order which was all okay. The day of pick up, the balloon order wasn't ready at the requested time and upon pick up/walking out the door, the balloons began to pop. I had purchased the balloons from the store and it was a rush to have them inflated again. I always end up coming here to pick up last minute balloons or decorations for my kids birthdays. Big W always have a ridiculous wait list, and this place has never not delivered balloons when needed last minute! Better to support local too.
