Would love to comment on the service but there wasn’t any! Walked in totally ignored while the woman behind the counter kept taping up a box and taking a personal phone call. Horrendous way to run a business.
I ordered a bubble balloon 4 days in advance, pick up was 4.30pm. My husband arrived at 4.20pm and I dont think the balloon had even been made. After 20 minutes the young girl informed him that the colour letters ( i chose rose gold') wouldn't stick. He chose white lettering and left the store at 5.08pm. One person doing balloons and serving customers is not enough staff, I dont blame the young girl I blame the owner/ manager. After having the balloon 1 day the letters are peeling off.
