Tried to set up an impersonater for a birthday party and was told they're closing their business?
No one contacted me back after multiple attempts. Emailed and called for over a month.
I didn't get a chance to do business with this company and I never will because customer service is everything to me. I filled out one of their online inquiry slips and it said someone would call me back to finish up everything. No phone call email back...nothing I wanted to book elsa I even called the business at least 20 times during business hours no answer. Bad business and in the future I won't even bother
I tried to book a princess for 2 months and didn't receive a single phone call back or email. Very disappointed.
