1.0 – This used to be my favourite store for party balloons for many years. In the past, the balloons floated for about a week, but this time they only lasted one day. I believe the helium used must be lower quality. When I mentioned this to the staff, she insisted that the balloons only float for 24 hours. I am asking you to maintain the quality, as it is important for your shop’s reputation.
Products are ok but customer service is bad.
3.0 - It used to be my favourite store for plant pots/planters and home decor but it is no longer as the range is very limited now and perhaps nobody buys them anymore from here(?) Understandable as it is a party store. Went to a 'party shop' for party costumes, as you would assume. All they had were granny bags and key charms, with half an aisle for costume stuff. Might as well call it a news agency.
