I’m giving one star because our own work made his product look good, so we received compliments on our event. The product arrived scuffed and dirty, with 3 chair seats ripped. I can only imagine what kind of Cracker Jack box business school this owner went to but the passing grade must have been low! Pick up and drop off times are TBD and never conveyed to customer. When you call to enquire he is indignant that you are disturbing time with his family! It has been 6 days since our event and he still has not picked up his prop... read more
I used this service for our wedding in August of 2021. Matthew was amazing in helping us decide what we needed. The tent was very nice and sturdy and everything was delivered clean and on time. I would highly recommend them for any of your event needs.
Hearing wonderful things about these tents and also that they are affordable rates. Cannot however get a returned message or call. Daughter been trying for over a week now
Matt and his team have been so great and responsive! Matt and his team exceeded my expectations. They were quick to respond and follow up with all questions and concerns. Definitely recommend!
Absolutely terrible, made my wedding experience a nightmare. Didn't show up with half the contract, didn't respond to multiple calls, texts, emails. All problems that could have been solved if there was just a little notice, and reciprocation on Matt's end. We were even offering to do his job for him, make the errands and get the supplies as this was a panic the night before our wedding, and he just never answered his phone. Still gives me headaches thinking about. Terrible terrible customer service.
