I called on Tuesday from Melbourne and ordered 2x bags of Italian flags $5 each bag. I spoke to someone and said l needed these flags by Friday. I paid $40 dollars for the postage and was advised by the staff member that it’s what we charge. I asked will it be expressed posted and she said yes it will be in the post that day. Well they didn’t put it express post but have trucked it and since Wednesday is still in Queensland Gold Coast so my tiny parcel is on a truck still in Queensland and it’s now Friday. Party Planet was able to arrange a Balloon bouquet for our hotel room for our daughter’s 11th birthday they were quick, friendly and such great service. It was delivered to our hotel on time and our daughter was so surprised! She loved the colours and arrangement. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future.
Not a huge range of products and some items I bought were faulty, like holes in balloons and damaged decorations.
