Party Planet was able to arrange a Balloon bouquet for our hotel room for our daughter’s 11th birthday they were quick, friendly and such great service. It was delivered to our hotel on time and our daughter was so surprised! She loved the colours and arrangement. Will definitely be using these guys again in the future.
Not a huge range of products and some items I bought were faulty, like holes in balloons and damaged decorations.
I was initially worried about getting a balloon delivery since I live in the US and wasn’t really familiar with this business. I was pleasantly surprised! Kelly was lovely, and super responsive. (I was having issues with the website for some reason.) She was extraordinarily helpful, professional, and friendly.
