Rude, lazy and no willingness to help. Called yesterday to request ballon’s to be filled, was told yes. Arrived today and was told, “it’s Friday, why can’t you do it? This is going to take all day”. Store had at least 3 employees not doing anything and we were the only people in the store. Went somewhere else and they got it done in 30 minutes.
Love it here! Very helpful. Goes out of their way to help and gives great advice on balloons and decor. Will definitely come back again and again. Thank you ladies. 🥳
