Bought a sign there. Brought it home. It was missing letters. Tried to return it. They said no, the box was opened. How was I to know it was missing letters? Am I to inspect everything I buy, when I buy it? Just to make sure it has everything it is supposed to have? And even then, I still wouldn’t be able to return it because it box was opened.
