December 21st I placed an order and explain to a team member how I would like my Balloons blown up. I showed them a picture and they said OK they will be able to do it. I paid for the Balloon’s and I came to pick them up. They weren’t what I expected at all. I provided ribbons for my Balloon’s and they told me they weren’t able to put them on the day of my event even though I showed them the look I was going for I wanted a refund.
