Oh my Goodness was this a total hit at my sons birthday party! The family came all the way from Lowell Ma to Springfield Ma to have a blast. The cotton candy machine was insanely awesome and all of them with an adult took turns safely getting their cotton candy! Popcorn Machine totally delicious!! And the Bouncy castle was the star of the day! First time renting and most definitely will not be the last looking for more dun for October!!!!
I had ordered the wrong bounce house for the party we had over the weekend. I called in a panic. Talked to chris and he immediately fixed things for me. No questions asked. Set up was quick. Delivery guys were great. Online ordering was definitely a plus (even tho I messed things up) I've rented from them in the past and will continue from now on. Wicked selection of stuff too! Thanks guys
Great communication! Anytime I asked questions through email or text I got a prompt reply. On time and professional delivery and setup. Party Patrol Rentals made it easy to enjoy my child’s birthday. I booked the bounce house for Saturday, and they left it for the full weekend so we got some extra bouncing in! Will definitely use them again!
Definitely the best decision I made for my kids birthday party! Kept all the kids super entertained for the entire party, lots of fun and laughs were had. The guys who set up were super nice and they managed not to wake anyone up the next morning for clean up (difficult to do because we have a mouthy dog 😆). 100% would rent from party patrol rentals again in the future and have already recommended this company to friends and family for their upcoming events!
