We had such a wonderful experience with this party rental company last fall for my daughter’s end-of-treatment celebration. They provided a bounce house, tables, and chairs, and everything was clean, set up on time, and exactly as promised. This party meant so much to our family, and they helped make the day feel extra special and stress-free. The kids had an amazing time in the bounce house, and the tables and chairs made it easy for everyone to gather together and celebrate. Their customer service was kind, professional,... read more
First time using Party Patrol and they did not disappoint. Booked the 5-in-1 bounce house for a Saturday evening party. Party Patrol’s team arrived Fri at noon for setup. Both men were extremely friendly, helpful and professional. We had about 12 kids from ages 2-16 and everyone enjoyed the bounce house! Super clean too, no weird smell. I ordered from Party patrol rentals for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. I had a certain budget I wanted to spend so I called & they accommodated with me. The experience was a 10/10 , they came set it up & even left it for 1 day extra. Drop off & pick up was easy. Everyone at the party loved it & had a blast. Will definitely be booking again for her 4th birthday !!!!
The process from beginning to end was a great experience. Customer service was friendly and professional. I received exactly what I rented and actually called a week later to add to my order which was done seamlessly. Delivery happened 2 days before the event and pickup 2 days after. Both were fast and professional and the items were in great condition. Overall, pricing was affordable and I will definitely use the services again.
Love Part Patrol Rentals! They are great every year when we rent a bouncehouse for my daughter's birthday parties. They're friendly, helping with any questions and set up is fast. Recommend them for all your party needs.
