I love the communication and full attention to details as I was planning a surprise party for my mom. I appreciate that they were able to work with my delivery time. I will definitely use them again and also recommend to everyone.
Oh my Goodness was this a total hit at my sons birthday party! The family came all the way from Lowell Ma to Springfield Ma to have a blast. The cotton candy machine was insanely awesome and all of them with an adult took turns safely getting their cotton candy! Popcorn Machine totally delicious!! And the Bouncy castle was the star of the day! First time renting and most definitely will not be the last looking for more dun for October!!!!
We had a fantastic experience with party patrol rentals from start to finish! The ordering process was easy, and they went above and beyond — even taking care of the “call before you dig” step before setup. The team was thorough, pleasant, and great at communicating every step of the way. The bounce house was in excellent condition and everyone had a blast! We’ll definitely be renting from them again. Highly recommend!
I had ordered the wrong bounce house for the party we had over the weekend. I called in a panic. Talked to chris and he immediately fixed things for me. No questions asked. Set up was quick. Delivery guys were great. Online ordering was definitely a plus (even tho I messed things up) I've rented from them in the past and will continue from now on. Wicked selection of stuff too! Thanks guys
Great communication! Anytime I asked questions through email or text I got a prompt reply. On time and professional delivery and setup. Party Patrol Rentals made it easy to enjoy my child’s birthday. I booked the bounce house for Saturday, and they left it for the full weekend so we got some extra bouncing in! Will definitely use them again!
