In over 10 years we've only received one other bad review (a 50 year old bride was mad we wouldn't give her the high school prom special for her wedding) so I can't help but wonder if this bride is just a goofball. If I could give zero stars, I would. She was late to the tux fitting apt and made a joke about my recently deceased grandfather to my dad. My mother called to complain and she told my mom that we needed to find God if we were still upset over his death. She was late again for the pick up apt for the tuxes and the only apt time she had was around 8pm the night before the wedding! She gave us the wrong shoes for 3 out of the 6 men.
