I visited this store on 4/11 to get two helium balloons, while I was there I also grabbed some paper plates, napkins and cups because I was unsure if where I was hosting the party provided them. Everything was fine until I went to check on the balloons the next day on 4/12(day of party) and one of the big $11 helium balloons was partially deflated. Great service and friendly helpful staff. Ordered balloons and was highly satisfied with how they turned out.
