This former Party Outlet location is now Party Center. The cashier shorted me $1 in change on my purchase. This tactic is nothing new and has had a resurgence of late, particularly at convenience stores. Most people wouldn't do so, but I didn't say a word and just let it slide. Their loss. I won't be back. I'll stick with Evergreen Liquors from now on.
