Until you've actually walked in someone else's shoes, however, you should probably keep the personally disparaging comments to yourself. Worst Experience Ever!!! I have learned my lesson by not listening to my cousin when he told me not to even step foot inside that store. The customer service was unprofessional and very rude and did not even give me a receipt which now I have a few unauthorized bank charges on my account that I have to dispute with my bank. They do not take care of their customers which we are the ones paying them to run this business. Rude,Rude,Rude Party N things is a great store for party supplies considering Nac is a small town & has limited resources, but the owner she is very RUDE, I also contacted her about The Vineyard I got nothing but attitude from her & she doesn't like to work around your schedule she contradicts herself a lot, she likes to be in control of everything but once you let her know she's not then she really gets rawled up, she's a very unprofessional contact for The Vineyard.
Do Not Go to them I called and spoke with the woman who owns Party N Things and also works with the Vineyard for party/wedding rentals. I had asked about times that I could go and view it and then was told that we couldn't go see it for 2-3 weeks and the lady was completely rude. Great Place I must say I am surprise to see the comments on this page.. The owner is very friendly and I am from out of town. My sister held her little girl birthday party there and they help out a lot during and before the party... Nac dosen't have a lof of spots to have parties or even provided party materials, therefore, I would suggest anyone looking to having a great party should visted this store.. I'm here for the party! Their new location in Nacogdoches in the same Plaza that has CiCi's Pizza and the movie theatre on North Street is ideal. I heard that they had moved and the huge sign with the green foundation pole makes them easy to find. I love taking out of town visitors here. They have always specialized in traditional toys and unusual gifts. Halloween comes early here. Party planning is their specialty and can organize for large groups along with catering too.

not much selection I tried to find party supplies for my son's birthday party last year. I was disappointed in the lack of selection of basic party themed supplies. They had tons of pinatas, and little junk toys but not much in the way of kids themes.
