I hired Party Memphis to cater Bounty on Broad for my wedding. I had given them a seating chart, the wedding timeline, and the exact meal that goes with every seat. On the day of my wedding they had a server not show up. They said the chef quit on the day off. The food was ICE cold, and they weren’t ready to serve at the correct time. They said they weren’t supposed to serve until an hour later, can you imagine how cold the food would have been an hour later??
