The quality of the balloons was excellent; they remained inflated and vibrant throughout the entire event, adding a festive and cheerful atmosphere. The helium-filled balloons floated beautifully, and none of them deflated prematurely, which was a pleasant surprise. The service at the store was equally impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and quick to offer suggestions to help achieve the best decor effect. Customer service is always a 10/10. Such a great selection in all celebrations- always has unique finds (even when supply market is down 🙂). This a definite one stop shop for all your celebration needs. Top notch service, selection, kind suggestions for colour matching and recommendations for balloon bundles based on their vast expertise. Amazing patience when coming in last minute, before closing time, and with children. We travel to this location always when we are celebrating! It’s a gem! 🥳🎈
