Really rude and unfriendly. I really disliked my experience getting balloons here. I tried partymax because they were more local. I will go back to party city at canadain tire. They are more affordable and really engage with you for your celebration. EDIT in response to your response, seems you are insinuating I was rude ? And that is absolutely not true and very offensive. My go to spot for balloons!! Whether I need them day of or book ahead they always turn out awesome & last. I still have some helium foil heart balloons from Valentine’s Day! I also will get my Halloween contacts & other party supplies (cups plates etc) from here too. Everyone who works here is very nice and helpful
The owner is so sweet! My balloons last forever, great prices, I will forever go to them! Great prices on decorations too!
