Took my balloons to get filled said no guarantee and never stated during filling and they popped one with no partial refund or discount just steals your money if you walk away with no balloons rip off don’t waste your money horrible service and poor communication and one popped at home, they over filled them and don’t want to admit it
I have to thank the staff at party max on Queenston Road especially Lyne- I ordered three different bundles of graduation balloons. They were all ready on time even with a date change , they were fabulous. They’ve lasted the longest one bundle has even lasted a month. All of my grand daughters were thrilled with their special graduation balloons ! Thanks Party Max- for helping to make the day so special- Darlene
This store is overpriced it costed me $25 for two hello kitty balloons filled with helium, The associate wasn’t to clear on prices when I asked. Highly recommend going to Fortinos as they fill the balloons for free or dollar tree
Way too expensive … would definitely go to amazon +dollor tree next time… staff was nice though… still overpriced for even balloons..!!
My wife had spent the last month organising a surprise BBQ BIRTHDAY celebration for her father’s 80th birthday. I went into Party Max on Queenston Road to get the balloons inflated in the picture. These are balloons my Wife already had we just needed them inflated with helium. When I walked into the store, I approached the clerk behind the counter saying good morning and asked if I could get these balloons inflated with helium. There was no greeting, no smile, just a very abrupt reciting of the rules of no guarantee for outs... read more
