Ive gone to the folks at Party Max for various party needs for years and they are always helpful. I'm coming today as a matter of fact!
Friendly employees and amazing service!
Bought balloons for my dad’s 50th and within 2 hours one was deflated. I couldn’t go back to see for a replacement because they close at 5 on Saturday. At $20 per ballon I would expect it to stay inflated longer than a couple hours. I’m beyond angry with this now. Picture attached. 2 hours apart. Never had contact with each other, didn’t touch walls or anything else, removed from bags immediately when getting home.
Staff was rude/condescending and unpleasant to deal with.
