Was at this store last night just before closing. The staff member was absolutely amazing! I was looking for some specific items for a baby shower that the store did not have but she came up with some great alternative ideas! I was pleasantly surprised at all the stock they had. I over heard her talking to other customers about an item that just came in stock that n other store in the area has and people were thrilled as it was in high demand! I will definately be back!
Terrible experience with management at this store. I ordered balloons for my sisters baby shower, and upon unwrapping them at home, found the cow printed pattern to be faded or chipped. We had to remove almost all of the patterned balloons from our bundles. Called the store and manager wasn’t there, waited for a callback and didn’t get one for nearly a week.
