I have been coming here for years for my party supplies. My balloon orders have always been done correctly and on time. The store is kept up and the employees are nice and helpful.
The manager , her name is Millie, is so freaking rude ! I literally stood there and listened to her belittle and degrade her employees . I stood in shock and just listened.. and then she snapped at another customer on top of that because she didn't understand the question. The entire ordeal was so rude and unprofessional, for a party place. I don't understand how she's the manager of that place. I will not be going back. Ever.
