Fraudulant Business/Belitting Attitudes Don't waste your time. I've worked in customer service for five years and I would never treat my customers the way that these people have treated me. I was insulted, inconvenienced, and hung up on! As if planning my wedding wasn't enough stress, the woman who I spoke with the whole time I was going through this horrible journey of getting chairs was belittling me and telling me what would best convenience her workers. SC Party Makers I am using SC Party Makers for my wedding at the Ole Hanson Beach Club. They have the best prices in the area on all rentals. Plus, their website offers a 10% off, just for mentioning the add. The only items that they will not discount are linens, so you might want to try another company for that. Overall, they get back to you in a timely manner. They are very easy to work with. Plus they have another office in Newport Beach if you can't find what you are looking for in San Clemente.
Disgusted in SC We live in San Clemente and want to do business with the local merchants but find it unfortunate that the prior owner did not make the current owner aware of credits that they had or at least refund the charges incurred by the client. It's not much money but the principle of the matter where character should count. So, I'll be giving my local business to another community. It's such a shame and especially in an economy like this.
