I had a very disappointing experience at Party It Up. I purchased 20 latex balloons and 5 standard 18-inch foil balloons and paid $58.73. Before going to the store, I called and was quoted $1.25 per latex balloon, which was the main reason I decided to get my balloons there. However, after I paid and questioned why my total was much higher than expected, I was simply told that the $1.25 price was only a starting price. That was never mentioned during the phone call.
