We totally enjoyed our tent! Setup was great! Great customer service! We had a wonderful experience. This event was 8/31/2024.. We will use them again!! I would highly recommend them!
Response: Dude just set up an auto response to all texts and time block call backs. My reservation took less than 5 minutes with another company. You’ve clearly got solid SEO. Hope you can find some help to run your phones and reservations. There’s mom’s on FB begging for work all the time. Won't answer, might respond, but then will be comm out again. Legit website, but this dude is stretched too thin to keep up. Do him a favor and text him and ask for a job. He needs your help!
Sent them a quote request after not hearing anything for more than a week I called him. He said oh yeah I haven’t had time to check I will today ….. 4 days later he replies with a question that I answered in the quote request. I reply within 5 minutes that was 3/5/24 it’s currently 3/19/24. I have emailed him since then asking if he will be able to or not because the party date is approaching or do I need to find someone else….. crickets. Pathetic responsiveness. The call doesn't go through and then he doesn't reply. I can't trust a business like this for rentals.
