I had an amazing experience with Party Hardy Events! Marci and Sean are truly awesome event planners and wonderful event space owners. From the very beginning, they were professional, accommodating, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. I’m leaving this review out of genuine disappointment and to provide transparency for future clients. What began as a strong and promising sales experience ultimately fell far below expectations. I paid $2,300 for 6 hours of service (not including food), and to date, I have not received my $200 damage security fee refund or been given any reason why I would not be able to receive it, which is deeply disappointing and unacceptable. Large size event venue with ample parking available. The room is open with space for food tables, entertainment area, bar and clean restrooms.
Attendeed the Richmondher Brunch here. Sound system needs a little work but other than that it's a very nice space. Well lit and plenty of parking!
Would not recommend! Communication was horrible. Owners take days to respond back. Or I would have to reach out multiple times before receiving a response. Which is very unprofessional from a business standpoint. Half the LED lights did not work after I was told they would all be charged the night before. Refund was denied due to “scuff marks” although that is not a damage and can be cleaned. I was told to only take out the trash. Not sure what the 150 dollar non refundable clean up fee covers.
