called and spoke with a woman about a custom balloon order. told her i needed lettering/black heart balloons. when i stopped into the store, the employee was quick to say they didn’t have all letters i needed and didn’t offer any other options. quick to turn down a $150+ sale and wasted my travel time. i won’t be using this business in the future.
