Great experience with Party Fair this weekend! We had a huge balloon order for a birthday party and they worked very hard to get everything ready for us. They even helped us put the balloons in our car and advised how best to handle the balloons. Would highly recommend!
The old salesman in the store is very rude.Today was my 1st visit and i am never going back.
Owner / GM / older gentleman was nasty to my wife and kids twice over. When I arrived to pick the order up, he deflected any accountability for his candor with my wife, he did not have the same tone with me but continued to act confused as to why I wanted to speak to him. I wanted to let him know he should not be the face which customers deal with because he obviously does not give a damn. They have lost our business, find another store if you want a positive interaction.
