Turns out this place has a reputation for being rude to customers and today was our day. My wife came in for only her 2nd time, asked some questions about ordering, had items in her hand ready to purchase and person at the counter said "It's right there! Are you blind?" Which is obviously not how we talk to people. Never going here again. Looks like Amazon wins again over poor customer service in person.

The staff is so friendly and helpful. I love this store and all the merchandise. It’s a great place to shop! I highly recommend it.
Very friendly
We requested two large balloon towers and Party fair was able to accommodate us with very little notice. They were very helpful getting the towers into the car. They were very friendly. I would definitely recommend Party Fair.
