He even educated me on the balloons, too! I highly highly recc Party Fair for all your party needs and Brendan will be your go to balloon guy from now on, that’s for sure. Imagine our horror when we discovered that the local Michael’s, our original destination for a balloon order, had been hit with a power outage from the night before. We were due at a (surprise) birthday party in an hour, and there was much anxiety that we were about to become a huge disappointment to our family & friends.
