Pleasant and friendly experience. Not sure why this location has such a bad reputation and so many bad reviews regarding the gentleman working there. All associates were kind, helpful, patient, and friendly! Happy to still have a party store close by.
This individual named Wayne, has no place especially in the retail space and has no right in any way, shape or form to insult and disrespect customers. This kind of behavior is considered abusive by intimidation and an example of disorderly conduct. The business has a known bad reputation of this constant bad experiences, and unhappy customers.
