Closed for the entire month of November - prime hosting season and don't list this on their website - beware putting down a deposit for services they have no intention of providing since they can't seem to update their website.
I am sharing this as a caution in choosing this company as I see many positive reviews but our experience was FAR from positive. I was part of my best friends wedding this past weekend and our experience with Party Factory was beyond unprofessional, rude, and demeaning. My best friend placed an order for linens 6 months ago to which she was told they would be able to fulfill said order. I wish I could give zero stars but that is not possible, so I’ve given one. I was surprised to see so many positive reviews for this business, which makes me hopeful my experience was a one off and not standard practice. I was part of a wedding that used Party Factory linens and pipe and drape. After telling our bride only two weeks prior to her wedding that the linens she had ordered 6 months in advance were not available, they provided us with different colored linens, some of which were stained and unusable.
