Absolutely amazing experience! The balloon décor was stunning, especially the adorable Elf on the Shelf arrival balloon—it was a total hit! Their customer service is truly top-notch, always warm, professional, and willing to go above and beyond. Miss Linda is the absolute best person to contact—so helpful, creative, and full of wonderful ideas. You can really feel how much they care about their clients and the quality of their work. Such wonderful people and an incredible planner. Highly, highly recommend!
