Very rude staff . Absolutely zero customer service skills whatsoever. I bought a cake topper from here and it wasn’t that cheap and it broke very quickly, I then had to last minute order from Amazon . So take my advice , save your money and just order from Amazon instead .
I used their services twice for both of my kids b’day’s . They created my vision on a short notice . I was really happy with their customer service and balloon garlands / balloon stands were so pretty and I find them reasonably priced as well. Will love to use their services in future.
