This place sucks and after looking at the google reviews and how the owners choose to respond to people is horrific. If you want the perks of being a small business, you must realize your community is everything. Ive been a small business and I would never in my wildest dreams talk to a customer like the way ive read here or witnessed in person. They did an amazing job setting up a balloon display and backdrop.
The balloons decors we got during my daughter’s birthday was awesome! Everything I imagined, they were able to capture. Jolene was very helpful in the pre-planning, making sure all the right combinations of colours were achieved. While Nick was on time on the day, making sure they finished everything before the party starts! Thanks guys!
I visited this store today with my sister and nephew. The guy who is working there today 17 December 2025 at 3:30 is zero customers service really horrible . He start abusing us without any reason and said many bad words about our child. When we were in store he was on the phone all the time I don’t understand what was the reason he was screaming without any reason.
