Save yourself the gas! They closed down. I just went 2/2025 and doors are closed.
Love the location and they always have what I need in stock. Employees are always so nice and willing to help.
Very upset with the amount of time it took them to get to me. Then they were rude about the situation. The decorations were not usable. Very disappointed
Giving it a 1 star because its the only place in town besides party city. TALK ABOUT HARRASSMENT Cant even shop without them bugging you abouy your kids and what they are doing assuming you are there to desteoy their store. Its no wonder they are locatied in a crappy area in town and tumbleweeds roll inside of how empty it is. You are better off shopping online and paying the extra shipping and handling than dealing with these two. They should invest in customer service classes.
IF THERE WAS AN PLACE TO PUT ZERO STARS THIS WOULD BE IT, THESY SELL DEFECTIVE BALLOONS I WENT IN AND IMMEDIATELY ASKED THEM TO REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE BALLOONS AND INSTEAD THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME MORE. STAFF IS RUDE AND I WILL WARN THERE PRODUCTS ARE NOT GOOD THEY ARE THIEVES
