Not open a lot and the times I think should be longer
I wish I could say my experience with Party Connection was a good one. They had the supplies I needed for the wedding but were very disorganized, misplacing our invoice and blaming it on us, not returning phones calls, and then not delivering the product in the manner they said they would. The lady just did not seem to have things organized or together, many times asking our name & the date of the wedding again and again. This place is a scam. Needed a costume for Halloween so I rented one. Limited selection but had what I needed. Returned costume 1 day late and there was a note saying "return around the corner at X office" I received a call a few days latter and told said person that I had returned it. Thought everything was cleared up. I received a collection letter in the mail requesting that I pay for the full cost of the costume.
