The negative reviews below are spot on correct. All of what is said is correct. The owner, Donna, is a psycho and has -0- ethics. Bad news. I would add, in addition to the financial rip off, we also ended up with one guest table that was mis-matched because they brought the wrong number of linens. Avoid this vendor like the plague !!!!!!!

The Missing Linens Trick – Our initial interaction with Party Cloths was great. The quality of linen they delivered was perfect. That's why they get two stars. But that's where the wheels fall off the wagon. The night of our wedding we stayed while tables were being taken down at the venue and watched as all the linens were put in the proper bag. They will definitely rip you off! – We recently held our major fundraiser for our nonprofit. We had been using Distinctive Details for years, but decided to switch things up a bit. This was a big mistake. The customer service we received before our event was great. We had a specific color scheme going to match our event program, so we had to make about three trips to the showroom. Our representative was accommodating each time. Great Experience – Planning an event can be very stressful and the staff at Party Cloths were so acommodating! They took time to show me many beautiful selections, stepped me through the process and helped me find the perfect table and chair coverings! I even got a lesson on tying a beautiful bow. I checked with another source and Party Cloths price plus customer service was much better. Watch Out, They'll Rip You Off – We recently rented linens from Party Cloths. After the wedding it was my job to return the linens, which I did the following Monday. Upon arriving, their van was at the receiving door so I was told to bring them in the other back door. I followed this lady through the washing machine area until I was told to “just leave them here”. I asked “Don’t we need to count them?” and I was told “No, That’s not necessary” and that they were just swamped because of business from over the weekend. Fast fo... read more
