Honestly i have used party city several times and for alot of different occasions and really never had a problem until recently when i went in for balloons and few things for my sons 16th birthday.Every balloon we choose they didn't have and mind you this was after waiting in line with no acknowledgement from staff for at least 10.15 minutes and it wasn't just me other people as well.To boot they now charge 1.29 per latex balloon to fill which is new and very expensive.Then finally i ended up settling with a 1 and a 6 and 6 ... read more
