The best spot for balloons! Every balloon bouquet(s) or special balloon orders that I have had from this location has been great. They layer (cascade) the balloons perfectly so you can see them all, while looking full. They also follow your “order notes” to a T. Lastly, you can order the balloons online, which not all Party City’s have.
