Store hours says its open til 8pm . We came at 7:45pm the door close the employee and store managers telling us we can’t come in they are understaffed. And if they let us in they will need to stay after 8 to close up . Locks the doors on our faces . Clearly the manager don’t care about customers
Cashier was nice and patient. The others were just rude. This girl was gossiping with another balloon guy and one of the other register girls about people and how they dress behind the balloon center. Maybe be more quiet when talking about your customers and making fun of them.
Employees are lazy. 10 AM. I wanted an item. They checked the inventory on the computer which stated there were 13 items in the store. They then proceeded to look where I just told them that the shelf was empty... they then stated there weren't anymore. I asked them to look in the back...they did not move, just looked at each other.
