Terrible service. I purchased balloons for pickup, and they didn’t even offer a bag. I wouldn’t mind paying an extra $3 for one, but when customers are buying balloon arrangements to take home, the process should be made more convenient. They should do a better job of making things easier for their customers
I went in to get 3 balloons blown up, I was told with little helium left they were unable to do them. I asked just for even one to be able to send up to my dead mother to heaven as it’s her birthday and was still denied the purchase. I have been going to this location for years and am extremely disappointed, I will not be returning. This is disgusting.
