Horrible experience. Very poor ordering system and the Pick up was even worse. Arrived at store to pickup balloons for a birthday party and what I ordered was not what I got, store associate said they didn't have what we ordered however they did not contact us to tell us that and left us with only 2 balloons out of a balloon bouquet that was picked. I visited this location to grab some decorations - had amazing and friendly help from the staff where they were so kind to lead me to where I needed to go to grab my items in an efficient manner! Something that was notable during my visit was that there was a strong, distinct sewege-like smell as I was about to cash out. I hope that there is something that can be done to fix this as it is quite unfortunate for the staff to work through this.
I recently visited this location to purchase supplies for an upcoming birthday party. Unfortunately, the store had a very noticeable sewage smell throughout my entire visit. It was strong, unpleasant, and hard to ignore. Although the staff were friendly and helpful, I felt bad that they had to work in those conditions. I hope this can be addressed soon, as it made the overall shopping experience quite uncomfortable
