My Daughter and I went into the Orfus Rd. location to look for some decorations for my Nephew who's turning 3 in May. An associate (I didn't get her name) ran up to us with a ticket asking us to LEAVE OUR PURSES AT THE COUNTER!!!!! I said ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!! I could understand shopping bags which is a requirement in some stores but our PURSES with ID, money, credit and debit cards in it???? NOT HAPPENING!!!! Went in with my partner to buy the perfect balloons for their birthday celebration and was helped by Janelle. She turned a quick transaction into an exceptional experience, going above and beyond.
