I bought balloons for my daughter’s 14th birthday party the evening before the party. By morning, the small ones were on the floor. It looks awful and she is very sad cause 14 is important and they can’t even take pictures like this. I went to that store almost every year and it was fine before. I can’t believe I paid $60 for nothing. I wold like my money back. Plus the customer service is terrible.
