The balloons is very poor quality, don’t last even 12 hours. The manager said no refund, fine. That what you get for 8 dollars for 2 balloons.
I had a great experience at Party City thanks to Luke, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. He took the time to chat with us about the Jays game, answered all our questions, and made sure we found everything we needed. The only downside to the visit was an interaction I overheard as we were leaving. I had asked about a clearance item that was the last one on the shelf, and Luke checked in with a id like to assume a manager to clarify the price. Very good balloon and costume selection. Sometimes the help feels like young teenagers who aren't exactly sure what they're doing. But our orders are always ready on time and accurate. A go to for celebrations of all kinds in our family
