AAGGHHH! How this business survives in this day and age is a mystery to me. The manager was rude. He wouldn't accept a clearly defective product for a return without a receipt even though he has the (archaic) technology "in the back" to look up the transaction. It's too bad he couldn't see the logic in accepting my exchange. And equally too bad that with a few clicks of a button, I received a full credit from American Express. Hey, Mr. Manager - you lost a customer.
