I visited Party City last week and was really impressed! The store is so spacious, clean, and well-organized, which made browsing around really easy. They have an incredible variety of decorations and supplies specifically 🎁🎁🎈🎈. Highly recommend!!
July 23rd/26 830pm Heartland Store. Brooklyn the "manager" needs to take a customer service 101 course. She is extremely rude, and condescending to her customers. Unprofessional and not helpful at all. Not to mention she ripped open a sealed package being returned and wouldnt return it because she claimed it was opened. Yes by her. Very accusatory and rude!!! Party City you need to do better with who you leave in charge of your store. She's definitely not a good look for your brand!!!
