I purchased items from Party City, and nobody told me that the item is on final sale. When I went to return, they did not accept the 1 item and told me it was final sale. That’s fine if it was a final sale item, but customers should be informed at the time of purchase. Also, the person at the counter behaved very rude.
Always my go to party city, staff is always wonderful, audrey was super helpful!! Although a little pricey, still worth it when you are in a time crunch!
