Poor customer service. I came in just after 10 am to order balloons, which I haven’t done here before & had questions. The store was empty & the girl behind the counter clearly couldn’t be bothered to help, despite me asking more than once. I planned to buy more items but was incredibly turned off. When I went to go pay, the gentleman behind the cash explained the extras (thank u). I will not be returning.
