Me and my friends went in 15 minutes before close (we knew exactly what we needed, it was going to be a quick in and out). We asked the guy at the front where we could find it and he informed us we had 13 minutes to close. We walked to the section he told us to and another employee came to tell us we had 12 minutes till close. We went to another aisle and a third employee came to tell us we had 11 minutes. Very disappointed with the helium balloon quality from Party City Regina East. I bought 8 helium latex balloons and paid about $26, which already felt expensive for latex balloons. Unfortunately, within just 24 hours, all of them had fallen to the floor and completely lost their float. For the price charged, I expected much better quality and longer-lasting helium. The balloons looked nice at first, but the durability was very poor. Overall, this was a disappointing experience and not worth the money.

I was in the store on Friday March 20th in the afternoon. I just want to say that the young person working the front till was given 'er, all alone for a while, and doing a kickass job. I still found everything I needed and service was great!! Give that one worker at the front a raise.
