Terrible experience. Wish I could give them zero stars. Was told the wrong information when purchasing holiday items. Was told 90 days. Didn’t think we’d have to look at the fine print after purchase when the employee told us 90 days to our faces. Will NEVER return to Party City. Our money will be going elsewhere moving forward
When I bought a few items I was told I had 90 days to return the item. There was no mention about 7 days prior to the holiday (new years). Or else I would not have bought the items. When we tried to return them prior to New Year’s Eve they would not allow it. I understand the fine print says 7 days prior but I was told by a paid employee I had 90 days to return the items.
