The people there are so friendly! Most of us are aware of the shortages and difficulty with supplies and they try very hard to please their customers in supplying them with their needs. I always go to this particular store!
I really like Party City! They always have the BEST for parties. Looking for a balloon "apron" with lots of pockets - do you carry that too?
This company and its staff are FIRST CLASS. Recently bought an item on-line and had 'curb service' for pick-up. Everyone was very helpful...and I couldn't be happier!!
Very negative. I’ve only gone there about 2 times and both times, one of the workers had a disgusting attitude for no reason. Some of the other workers were nicer, but she puts a damper on the whole store. I believe she is also the manager so what a poor choice in management. She seemed to be mad that I returned items and used that money to pay for balloons for my Dad’s birthday party. So when I came back to pick up the balloons she showed me that only a few of the balloons were covered in a balloon bag and said I only paid ... read more
Great selection and service!!! Had everything I needed for my party!! One stop shop! They also have a.place to personalize stuff!
These people are very unprofessional. A manager named Brandi has hung up on me numerous times and been very disrespectful
