These people are very unprofessional. A manager named Brandi has hung up on me numerous times and been very disrespectful
Just so everyone knows, make sure that you check anything that you buy at the new Party City in Sevierville to make sure the quantity it says on the package is what you are actually getting. I got two packages of balloons from there and one of the packages only had three balloons instead of six. Also, just opened two packages of temporary tattoos that were supposed to have 16 each and both packages only had eight!
