First time at this location and last time. Costumer service not the greatest. Asked for a product online showed you have 8 in-stock. No one even bothered to check and I was just told if it's not there we don't have it.
Rude and inexperience staff. Keep chatting on phones while line up waits. Expensive balloons. Dolorama might be lesser quality but fast and cheeper WITH SMILE.

I visited the Party City store in Richmond Hill today, and Armita was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and went above and beyond to assist us with our needs. Armita’s design skills were impressive, ensuring everything turned out perfectly. Thank you, Armita, for making our experience so great!
I bought two helium balloons and helpers reminded me not to l left balloons at the vehicle which was very thoughtful
