Excellent customer service from the staff, following up with my order which had a mishap due to the website. A+++ on Sarah for taking care of my order, we get our once in a life time incredibles halloween with my family. Thank you very much.
Quality and service have gone way down since last year. I'm not sure if it's the new staff or if it's under new owners but the shopping there for Halloween last year was much easier the staff seemed more knowledgeable and helpful whereas now I couldn't get any questions answered. Disappointed in how poorly this location is run.
Poorly ran store with little to no respect for employees and customers. Way too over priced for cheap products that break right away. Will be shopping elsewhere… very disappointed
