I asked a simple question to the manager and he made my husband and I feel that it was a dumb question. Just asked if they could call me when the item comes in when it's suppose to come in about a week or two. Won't go back there!
I have had the opportunity to shop at both locations in Greensboro and the store in Winston Salem, and this is by far the best customer service ever! I love the great ideas and skills that each of your employees bring to your store to make an awesome team! Unfortunately I cannot remember all your employees' names; however, I do remember the great services I receive when I shop in your store. I admire each of you for working together as a team to provide #1 customer service.
