Buyer BEWARE. I bought a floor model animatronic here, last year. The manager told me it was working properly, but insisted I had to let them break it down to pack it up before I got there. They took my money, and without informing me, they stamped the receipt final sale. The unit doesn't work, and because it was stamped with final sale at the last minute, I am stuck with a broken animatronic unit. Deplorable behavior from management, I will never be through these doors again, or any other Party City, either.
