Harnoor was very helpful! Helped me find I was looking for. She went above and beyond.
Came in specifically looking for latex “1” and “0” balloons, but the “0” wasn’t available. The two girls helping me were extremely nice and accommodating and suggested using balloon stickers on foil balloons instead. I wasn’t happy with how the stickers looked and didn’t realize the items were final sale. Cody, whose name I read on his name tag, was very unprofessional during my visit to Party City. I was with a group of friends looking through some blind bags, feeling them to try and find the characters we wanted. Earlier, another employee had approached us and asked what we were doing. I went there today and I overheard the manager in assuming his name is “kody” belittling two younger staff members and talking to them in a very unprofessional tone and using unneeded manners towards them. Clearly these young women looked very uncomfortable due to the way this “manager” is behaving towards his work environment. Very strange for a “party store” to be open until 9 on Monday nights but close at 6pm on weekends . When do they expect the parties to be happening ??
