I went there today and I overheard the manager in assuming his name is “kody” belittling two younger staff members and talking to them in a very unprofessional tone and using unneeded manners towards them. Clearly these young women looked very uncomfortable due to the way this “manager” is behaving towards his work environment. Very strange for a “party store” to be open until 9 on Monday nights but close at 6pm on weekends . When do they expect the parties to be happening ??
Customer service needs improvement. I went in a week ahead of my balloon pick-up date to make a small change and discovered that my helium aluminum balloons had already been inflated 8 days in advance. When I questioned this, the response from the staff member was not reassuring or professional. As someone with experience, I know balloons lifespan diminishes over time - even if they are inflated. This was disappointing and left me with little confidence in the quality and handling of my order.
They didnt fix their hours in google and made us come all the way for nothing
