Reading these reviews it’s clear that there’s one employee who’s been a massive pain in the side for each customer who walks in. Today, I had came in and purchased balloons with my mom. The only thing that pleases me about this interaction was that we were able to pick up our balloons around fifteen minutes later. Picking up the balloons was a different story. Horrible customer service by a young woman by the name of Argun (spelling may be incorrect ) and manager Cory or Cody (can't remember the name.) I purchased 3 items, one of which i kept. 2 items I needed to return. One of the items was unopened and still fully sealed in its package (other item was not sold in a package). The young lady advises me "next time you want to buy something and return it, the packaging must be in good condition."
