Very helpful staff helped me find the proper product
I asked at party city if I could bring my own balloons to fill up with helium, since they didn’t have the theme I was looking for. I was told yes. So I purchased them and brought them in on the morning of the party and refused to fill them up. Said they wouldn’t have enough helium for the balloons purchased there. I said I would purchase their balloons if they would fill the ones I brought up, so there would be no difference in the helium but wouldn’t. I've had good experiences in the past but I won't be going back after today. I believe in supporting businesses that care about customer service, and making things right if something wasn't handled properly. I returned some items at one point and got a gift card back in lieu of a refund, I'm assuming because I misplaced the receipt. In any case, I had a gift card.
